3.2 Payment by Proforma Invoice

After placing your order, a proforma invoice is sent to your e-mail address.
Once payment is received, shipment follows within 1–4 working days.
For items not in stock or made to order, the delivery period may extend up to 15 working days.
If you have ordered a larger quantity of custom items, the provider reserves the right to extend the delivery time.
Payment must be made to the published bank account, with the reference number identical to the order number.

3.3 Payment via PayPal

Payments can also be made securely via PayPal.
When completing the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page to finalize the transaction.

Prices valid at the time of order confirmation shall apply. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

10.1 Order Rejection

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise requested by the consumer.

12.1 Personal Pickup

If a product covered by warranty fails to function properly or lacks advertised features, the consumer may first request repair.
If the defect is not remedied within 45 days, the product will be replaced free of charge with a new, identical item.
If the seller cannot repair or replace the product within that period, the consumer may terminate the contract or request a price reduction.

Warranty rights expire two years from the date the consumer first requested repair or replacement.

All products are inspected before dispatch and delivered undamaged.

14.1 Seller’s Error

If the delivered products do not match the ordered specifications, the customer must notify the provider within 8 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
A completed complaint form (provided upon request) must be enclosed, describing the reason for return.
The customer will receive a refund, credit note, or product replacement.

In the event of delivery errors or product defects, the customer must first contact the seller directly to resolve the issue amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the competent court in Celje (Slovenia) shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS), MARCELINO d.o.o. does not recognize any IRPS entity as competent for resolving consumer disputes.
Consumers may, however, submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible here.
